2 large herbal compresses are used. For full body 2 additional smaller compresses are used. The client can take home after the treatment and reuse 3 more times, or, use the herbs in a bath.

Soothing, deep tissue, exfoliating massage.

Focused Area: Select area to focus on or half body.

30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour:

1: Face, Neck Scalp

2: Feet

3: Hands and arms.

4: Back, Neck & Shoulders, upper chest.

Full Body:

1 hour 15 minutes, 1 hour 30 minutes, 2 hours.

Back, Legs, Feet, Upper Chest, Shoulders, Neck, Scalp, Face, Arms, Hands & Stomach. 1 hr will can do some full body with a focus area (such as back and legs). Longer sessions allow thorough work on each section, and possible addition of reflexology or facial.
